High concentration of hydrogen sulfide (33~42% (v/v) and low concentration (0.03~0.06% (v/v)

The gas volume was 3200Nm3/h and 22000Nm3/h, respectively. The basic process plan is as follows:

The device adopts the first-stage krauss + hydrogenation reduction + yd-cat absorption process, which is composed of the first stage kraus and the tail gas hydrogenation reduction-yd-cat absorption.
